This privacy statement explains what personal data SPEEDPOINT collects, for what purpose, and with whom it may be shared. The person responsible for processing the personal data within the meaning of the law is Lukas Jarząbek, operating independently under the name SPEEDPOINT, located in Deurne at Helmondseweg 111 t 15, registered at the Chamber of Commerce under number 80333605.

By using the website and/or SPEEDPOINT’s services, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in this privacy statement. *Personal data in the context of Art. 4 EU GDPR: any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

Children under 16 are only included in the customer database with parental/guardian consent. Parents/guardians can revoke their consent, and we will then delete the child’s personal data.

SPEEDPOINT is required to report any data breaches in a data breach register. Significant breaches likely to affect personal privacy must be reported to the Personal Data Authority.

We use a mechanism to recover abandoned carts in our store. If you begin the checkout process but do not complete it, our system will notice and take actions aimed at encouraging you to complete the purchase. These actions may include sending an email with an incentive or displaying targeted advertisements while you browse the internet.
